DEPARTMENT OF MATHEMATICS

1. Mathematics department was started in 2007-2008 with 22 students and two faculty members.
2. M.Sc mathematics was started in 2012 – 2013 with 25 students.
3. Now a mathematics department finished with 159 students and 8 faculty members.

Department of mathematics celebrated the birth anniversary of great mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan as a part of association inauguration 2015- 2016 on 22.12.2015. Thiru. A. Mohan, M.Sc., M.Phil., Ph.D., associate saranathan engineering college, Trichy addressed the gathering as a chief guest. He shared his valuable experience with the students.
